Goal

Members of one of the largest integrated healthcare companies were finding it extremely difficult to find the right Primary care physician. Initial discovery revealed how members expect a personalized treatment. Doctors also have certain expectations from their existing and new member patients. The existing website did not answer many of the questions members have before choosing a PCP, neither did it give the doctors an opportunity to express their side. 

Vision

Healthcare is a two-way relationship between patients and doctors. With this as our design principle, we set out to create profile pages of doctors that would enable a close to perfect match with their member patients. We envisioned a journey for the members, such that it would answer not only the tangible expectations (like certifications, qualifications, expertise) but also the intangible factors like care philosophy, what inspires the doctors to stay fit, etc.
